The Point of Ayr Lighthouse, also known as the Talacre Lighthouse, is a grade II listed building situated on the north coast of Wales, on the Point of Ayr, near the village of Talacre.
St Cwyfan's church was in existence by 1254 and was enlarged in the 14th and 15th centuries. Unfortunately the cloud was not in our favor and it was a quick set up few shots and RTB..........until next time :)
The name, of Celtic origins, means a "place of running water" and is likely derived from an ancient stream that ran through the village centre.
